Line of Sight anticipates the needs of our clients and we see opportunities to add Project Managers of varying levels of experience to our team. Our project management engagements run the gamut:
- Managing projects for our clients – IT, process improvement, organizational change, and other project types;
- Designing project management methodologies and building project management best practices and processes;
- Implementing Project Management Offices; and,
- Mentoring and training client PMs, team members, and executives.
Our consultants play a key role in designing and leading projects focused on implementing new products, processes, or changes in organizations in the public and private sectors.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead projects of varying sizes that include a mix of client personnel and Line of Sight staff.
- Build and maintain critical project management deliverables across the lifecycle using the client's or Line of Sight's methodology.
- Transfer project management knowledge and expertise to clients and mentor client and Line of Sight project staff.
- Manage client accounts (for more senior PMs), promoting strong client relationships, client satisfaction, and quality of project deliverables.
Skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience and strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Six Sigma, and governance processes.
- Certification by the Project Management Institute as a CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

Line of Sight is looking to identify candidates who have at least five to seven years of relevant and recent experience and skills, and are interested in joining our team. We anticipate openings in both our Saratoga Springs, New York office to support clients in the Albany Capital Region and in our Ellicott City, Maryland office to support clients in the Baltimore-Washington Region.
